Kernersville, North Carolina Real Estate Market Update: A Wild Ride in Real Estate!

  • Median & Average Sales Price: Both took a hit (down 18.6% and 18.2% respectively). It’s a price-slash extravaganza—bargain hunters, rejoice!

  • Percent of List Price Received: A slight drop (from 99.5% to 97.4%), indicating some extra haggling on the table.

  • Inventory & Supply: Inventory grew by 39.3% (28 to 39) and the months supply nudged up 26.3% (from 1.9 to 2.4). More condos mean more chances to snag that perfect quirky pad.
